Standard Rooms:
We provide study bedrooms in flats with shared kitchen, shower and toilet facilities. Three grades of standard room are available, Grade One is the largest and Grade Three is the smallest.
- A non refundable reservation fee of £95.00 is payable with all standard rooms.
- Grade 1 rooms have a double bed and grades 2 & 3 have ¾ beds.
- All grades are available for either 44 or 52 weeks.
- All grades are for single occupancy.
- Prices are per person.
- Group or individual bookings.
For students who are on courses with a large amount of equipment or materials we recommend that they take a larger room.

- Kitchen diner rooms have ¾ beds.
- Kitchen diner bookings include utilities, subject to our maximum use policy.

Kitchen Diners offer a lounge area, with the following additional features: dining table and four chairs, two sofas, coffee table and television stand.

Luxury Apartments:
- A non refundable reservation fee of £95.00 is payable with all standard rooms.
- Luxury Apartments are only available for 52 weeks.
- Luxury Apartments rooms are for single or double occupancy.
- Prices are per apartment.
- Group bookings only

All study bedrooms include:
- Bed (Double bed in Grade 1, ¾ bed in all other grades)

- Desk, drawers and chair

- Fridge and Freezer
Please note crockery and cutlery are not provided in the kitchens.
