Rent and Contract Details 2010 - 2011
Standard Rooms and Kitchen Diner Flats:
There are two licence agreements available, 44 and 52 weeks. For most undergraduates a 44 week tenancy agreement is most suitable. International students or those planning to stay in Manchester through the summer will find a 52 week contract offers more flexibility. Your room is yours for the entire period and you do not need to move your belongings during the Christmas and Easter holidays. We recommend that you also read our cancellation policy and before you apply.

All grades above – a Reservation Fee of £95.00 is payable to secure your room. This payment is non refundable. All prices shown are per person per week. All rooms are for single occupancy only.
Luxury Flats
Luxury Flats are only available on 52 week licence agreements. Your room is yours for the entire period and you do not need to move your belongings out during the Christmas and Easter vacations. We recommend that you also read our cancellation policy and 'before you apply'.

All luxury Flats– a reservation fee of £95 is payable to secure your room. One bed luury flats are for single or double occupancy.
Prices
The pricing table shows the total rent payable for the full tenancy agreement and each term.
A discount of 5% is available for advance rent payments.

Payment Dates
The due date for each rent payment can be found below (43 weeks only):

Contract Start/Moving in Dates
This is the date your licence agreement will start and your first rent payment is due one week before this date. If you move in at a later date, your rent is still due from the contract start date
