Cancellation policy
A copy of the licence agreement will be available for you to download soon.
- If you cancel your application at any time you will forfeit your reservation fee of £95.
- If you are a first year applicant and do not achieve the required exam results to attend a course in Manchester you will be released from your licence agreement if you provide copies of your offer letter and proof of grades within 48 hours of receiving your exam results. You will forfeit your £95 reservation fee.
- If somebody else is paying your application fees please ensure they are aware of this cancellation policy. Cancellations must be received IN WRITING and must be addressed to the Accommodation Manager.
- All successful applicants will receive a tenancy agreement. If a signed copy is not received within 6 weeks from the date it was posted from the Victoria Point Lettings Office, we reserve the right to withdraw your room and you will forfeit your £95 reservation fee.
The licence agreement is a legal document, by signing it you are taking responsibility for the rent on your allocated room for 44 or 52 weeks.
