Before you apply
Please note that rooms are not a standard size, so for example there may be some grade 2 study bedrooms that are larger than others. The largest rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Where possible we recommend that you visit Victoria Point before signing a licence agreement to ensure that you are making a fully informed decision
The contract is a legal document, by signing it you are taking responsibility for the full payment of the rent on your allocated room for 44 or 52 weeks.
Applicants who withdraw their application will forfeit their reservation fee of £95 - please see our cancellation policy.
How to Apply
Please print off and complete the relevant application form for the room you wish to book and return it to us with your reservation fee or deposit.
The deposit or reservation fee may be paid by:
- Cash (only for applications in person- please do not send cash in the post)
- Banker’s Draft – made payable to MCR2 LTD.
- Credit or debit card – please complete your details on the application form.
Please note there is a 3% charge for credit card payments.

We cannot process any application or deposit without a completed application form.
