Rent and Contract Details 2010 - 2011
There are two licence agreements available, 44 and 52 weeks. For most undergraduates a 44 week tenancy agreement is most suitable. International students or those planning to stay in Manchester through the summer will find a 52 week contract offers more flexibility. Your room is yours for the entire period and you do not need to move your belongings during the Christmas and Easter holidays. We recommend that you also read our cancellation policy and before you apply.

Please note deluxe rooms are for single occupancy only
All 52 week applicants receive 2 weeks rent free, so you only pay for 50 weeks.

The pricing table shows the total rent payable for the full tenancy agreement and each term.
A discount of 5% is available for advance rent payments.

Payment Dates - 44weeks
The due date for each rent payment can be found below:

Applicants with 52 week contracts will make an initial payment that is due one week prior to 10th July 2010.
Moving in Dates
You can choose two move in dates (these are Saturdays).
This is the date your tenancy agreement will start.

Reservation fee and Utility Payment
A reservation fee of £95 is required to secure a room. This covers the processing of your application and any reasonable levels of cleaning and minor maintenance requirements at the end of the year. The utility payment of £325 covers all water, heating and gas usage for the length of the contract. The utility payment is paid as part of the first payment. The utility payment does not include internet connection or tv licence.
