Cancellation policy
A copy of the contract is available for you to read or download here.
- Applicants who withdraw their application will forfeit their reservation fee of £95.00.
- If somebody else is paying your reservation fee of £95 please ensure they are aware of this cancellation policy. Cancellations must be received IN WRITING and must be addressed to the Accommodation Manager.
- All successful applicants will receive a contract. If a signed copy is not received within 6 weeks from the date it was posted from MSV South, we reserve the rigth to withdraw your room and you will forfeit £95..
- The contract is a legal document, by signing it you are taking responsibility for the rent on your allocated room for 44 or 52 weeks.

You may view your allocated room up to six weeks after you have signed a licence agreement. If you are unable to visit MSV South please be aware that you are signing the contract at your own risk.
