Room and Flat information
We provide single study bedrooms in flats with shared kitchen, shower and toilet facilities (there is a shower and washbasin and separate toilet and washbasin in each flat). Five grades of room are available, Grade One is the largest and Grade Three is the smallest. Kitchen diner bedrooms are a Grade Two size.
All flats are fitted with heat and smoke detectors.
All bedrooms have the same contents so the largest rooms offer more floor space.
The minimum room sizes are as follows :
Grade One: 115 square feet
Grade Two: 95 square feet
Grade Three: 70 square feet
For students who are on courses with a large amount of equipment or materials we recommend that they take a larger room.
Kitchen Diners offer an extended kitchen /lounge area, with the following additional features: dining table and four chairs, two sofas, coffee table and television stand.
Grade Four - Special Purchase
A limited number of special purchase rooms are available at a discounted weekly rate. These rooms are situated above the bar and may be on occasion subject to some noise disturbance. Sixteen rooms are available and the majority are the size of a Grade Two. These rooms are priced at £67.00 pw for a 43 week contract and £62.00 for a 51 week contract.
Studio Apartments - AVAILABLE FOR DOUBLE OR SINGLE OCCUPANCY
A very limited number of en-suite apartments are available. They include fitted kitchen, double bed and sofa. Available for either single or double occupancy. Please note double occupancy or en-suite rooms are only available in the studio apartments.

Please note crockery and cutlery are not provided in the kitchens.

**From September 2006 calls made within the building will be free of charge.
