Before you apply
Please note that rooms are not a standard size, so for example there may be some grade 2 study bedrooms that are larger than others. The largest rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Where possible we recommend that you visit Student Village before signing a licence agreement to ensure that you are making a fully informed decision.
The licence agreement is a legal document, by signing it you are taking responsibility for the full payment of the the rent on your allocated room for 43 or 51 weeks.
Applicants who withdraw their application will forfeit their deposit of £200 - please see our cancellation policy.
How to Apply
Please print off and complete the application form and return it to us with £200 (£200 is returned at the end of the contract provided there are no damages).
The application fee of £200 may be paid by:
- Cash (only for applications in person – please do not send cash in the post)
- Banker's draft
- Credit or debit card – please complete your details on the application form.
Please note there is a 3% charge for credit card payments.
