MCR Students falls within the Residential Department of MCR Property Group.
The current portfolio includes Manchester Student Village and MSV South. Manchester Student Village which is a part listed building, underwent a significant refurbishment in 2005.
Located just off Oxford Road it is superbly located for most campuses and colleges in Manchester. A more recent purchase MSV South has also benefited from a refurbishment and committed management team.
With 1600 bed spaces in Manchester, our expansion continues within this sector.

Two recent acquisitions in Liverpool are Agnes Jones House and Cathedral Campus providing 366 and 425 bedrooms respectively. Both are based in the city centre and in close proximity to the Universities. Cathedral Campus will receive a £1million refurbishment in time for the next academic year.
All residences comply with current HMO regulations and are affiliated to Manchester Student Homes and Liverpool Student Homes respectively.
MCR Students wanted to offer an alternative to national student residential schemes that are managed remotely from a national Head Office and private houses that often fail to meet the necessary standards. Instead a dedicated team provides pastoral, facilities and financial management.
We provide affordable accommodation and believe that students and their parents feel more reassured knowing that a full support team is available quickly should the need arise.
Our residents know that their welfare and quality of experience are our priority leaving them to focus on gaining a degree and enjoying their time in their new city. Plans for expansion within this market are ambitious and the intention is to have 10,000 bed spaces by 2010.
