Room specifications
We provide single and double study bedrooms in four or five bedroom houses with shared kitchen, shower and bathroom facilities.
Choice of four or five bedroom options
You can choose either a four bedroom house with a lounge includes two 2 seater sofas and coffee table) or a five bedroom house with dining kitchen. Both house styles include a dining kitchen, a bathroom which includes bath, shower, toilet and washbasin and a separate downstairs wc with toilet and washbasin.
There are FOUR house options
Grade One (4 larger bedrooms, lounge and kitchen/diner) £85.00 per week
Grade Two (4 standard bedroom with lounge and kitchen) £80.00 per week
Grade Three (5 larger bedrooms with kitchen/diner) £80.00 per week
Grade Four (5 standard bedrooms with kitchen) £75.00 per week
All study bedrooms include:

All houses are fitted with a fire entinguisher, hard wired fire alarm with heat and smoke detectors.
