Rent and Contract Details 2010 - 2011
The tenancy agreement available is for 44 weeks. For most undergraduates a 44 week tenancy is ideal. International students or those planning to stay in Liverpool over the Summer will be able to take out an extension on their contract. Your room is yours for the entire period and you do not need to move your belongings during the Christmas and Easter vacations.

The pricing table shows the total rent payable for the full tenancy agreement and each term.
A discount of 5% is available for advance rent payments.

Payment Dates
The due date for each rent payment can be found below:

A room reservation fee of £95.00 is required to secure a room and is NON REFUNDABLE. The room reservation fee ensures there are no additional utility charges at the end of the contract, minimal damages will not be invoiced and will cover the costs of finding a replacement if your cancel your contract prior to signing a contract or taking up occupation.
Please note that keys will not be issued until the first payment has been received in full by cleared funds.
