Rent and Contract Details 2008 - 2009
The contract is a tenancy agreement available which is for 43 weeks. For most undergraduates a 43 week tenancy is ideal. International students or those planning to stay in Liverpool over the Summer will be able to take out an extension on their contract. Your room is yours for the entire period and you do not need to move your belongings during the Christmas and Easter vacations. We recommend that you also read our cancellation policy and before you apply.

The weekly rent INCLUDES utilities but excludes the internet connection fee.

The pricing table shows the total rent payable for the full tenancy agreement and each term.
A discount of 5% is available for advance rent payments.

Payment Dates
The due date for each rent payment can be found below:

A room reservation fee of £95 is required to secure a room and is NON REFUNDABLE. Please note that keys will not be issued until the initial rent payment has been received in full by cleared funds. The second rent payment is timed to coincide with the student loan payment schedule, if a loan payment is delayed please contact the office as soon as possible with a copy of your loan schedule to discuss an extension.
