Cancellation policy

Please note this tenancy agreement is for individual contracts only.
- Applicants who withdraw their application with forfeit their room reservation of £95.00.
- If you are a first year applicant and do not achieve the required exam results to attend a course in Liverpool you will be released from your tenancy agreement if you provide copies of your offer letter and proof of grades within 48 hours of receiving your exam results. You will forfeit £95.00.
- If somebody else is paying your room reservation fee of £95.00 please ensure they are aware of this cancellation policy. Cancellations must be received IN WRITING and must be addressed to the Accommodation Manager
- If you have signed your tenancy agreement and then cancel your application you will be liable for the full year’s rent until you find a replacement to take over your room and contract.
- For change of occupancy an administration fee of £50.00 is payable.
- All successful applicants will receive a tenancy agreement. If a signed copy is not received within 6 weeks from the date it was posted from Agnes Jones House, we reserve the right to withdraw your room and you will forfeit £95.00.
- The tenancy agreement is a legal document, by signing it you are taking responsibility for the rent on your allocated room for 43 weeks.

You may view your allocated room up to six weeks after you have signed a tenancy agreement. If you are unable to visit Agnes Jones House please be aware you are signing the agreement at your own risk.
