The tenancy agreement is a legal document, by signing it you are taking responsibility for the full payment of the rent on your allocated room for 43 weeks.How to Apply
Please print off and complete the application form and return it to us with £95.00.
The room reservation fee of £95.00 may be paid by:
- Cash (only for applications in person – please do not send cash in the post)
- Banker’s Draft – made payable to MCR Investments Ltd
- Cheque made payable to MCR Investments Ltd
- Credit or debit card – please complete your details on the application form.
Please note there is a 3% charge for credit card payments.
